Technical Service Rates
Effective July 1, 1994
Business Hours (8:00-5:00 M-F, Excluding Holidays): $180.00/Hour
Premium Hours (5:00 pm-8:00 am M-F and all day Saturday): $240.00/Hour
Emergency Hours (Sunday and Holidays, When Available): $300.00/Hour
DAILY RATES (by Prior Agreement):
Weekdays: $1000.00 per Day
Saturdays: $1500.00 per Day
Sundays and Holidays (When Available): $2000.00 per Day
"NEXT-CALL" CONTRACT RATES (Requires Signed Agreement):
Guaranteed Priority Response as the "Next Call Made" during Business Hours and a "Best Efforts" Response during Priority Hours (See Above). "Next Call" Status requires a signed agreement and Monthly Retainer which covers the first 20 hours of business hour service. Prepaid contracts will be credited with 24 hours. Due to Priority Status and limited Resources, the availability of "Next Call" contracts is severely limited, and they may not be available at any given time.
Monthly Retainer: $3600.00 Per Month
Annual Retainer: (To Be Negotiated.)
1. All Rates are Portal-to-Portal from San Bernardino, California.
2. A milage charge of .30 per Mile will be added for ground transportation.
3. Any required Air, Rail, or Shipboard Transportation will be provided by Customer at a minimum of Business Class Level.
4. Customer shall pay all required out-of-pocket expenses.
5. Telephone support will be billed weekly in half-hour increments.
